At The Butcher's Tallow, this began with a simple realization about health and everyday choices. After making changes to what I was eating, I started paying closer attention to everything else I was using on a daily basis, including skincare. That's when it became clear that many of the products we put on our skin are just as processed and filled with unnecessary ingredients as the foods we try to avoid.
I wanted something better, so I started making my own.
Using grass-fed and finished suet beef tallow, I began creating simple, old-school products with ingredients I could recognize and trust. Around the holidays, I shared what I had made with friends and family. They loved how well the products worked, how clean they felt, and how refreshing it was to use something made with real ingredients.
That encouragement turned into a bigger purpose.

Everything we make is handcrafted in small batches using grass-fed and finished suet beef tallow along with organic, natural ingredients.
